So of course, there are a lot of factors, and there’s enough blame to go around, but if a developer makes a Webkit-only website and is too lazy to add a -moz- prefix or use -prefix-free or use a CSS preprocessor or use one of the many other solutions out there that makes it easy to support other browsers, that’s being lazy.
