Is there a way to remove 2.1? It is the worst upgrade ever. my phone is so slow with it hard to find contacts or do mass texts phone just shuts off randomly programs just open such as alarm of which I had never used or opened . Any suggestions

Yeah, it should be possible. Basically, turn on Bluetooth for both phones. The phone with the ringtone on it needs to be set to “Discoverable.” Then you use your phone to scan for the other phone. Once connected, you should be able to copy it over.

If that doesn't work, easiest way is just to do it by computer or email. Use Bluetooth or USB to transfer the ringtone to a computer, then stick it on your phone via the same means. Or better yet, just email it and use your phone to read the email and download the attachment.

Hmm, idk if it's possible to copy ringtones into the internal memory of the Cliq. I've never tried it; I just keep everything on my SD card, which sucks whenever I rearrange files on it. @_@

Hmm, I've never had that problem before. I did, however, find a T-Mobile forum post suggesting a solution:

Try this:
Call yourself from a different phone and leave yourself a voicemail.
Call your voicemail service from your Cliq and then delete the voicemail.
See if that fixes it. If not:
Call customer service and tell them you have a ghost voicemail light.

On my Motorola CLIQ on the Notifications bar at the top it always shows the icon for a new voice mail and on the notification menu it always shows theirs a voice mail and I cant get ride of it any ideas ? When I get new notifications like for new voice mail or new text I can get ride of the notification by clicking on it and viewing the text or voice mail or by clearing the list, but that one voice mail always stays there, and the time that it says I received it is what ever time I turned the phone on at. How can I get rid of this notification ?

Keep pressing the “volume up” button on the side of your phone to make sure it says “Ringer Volume” and not “Silent.” Then, test your ringtone to make sure it's set correctly. If you recently changed your music library on your phone, it may not remember where your ringtone is, so you may have to set it again.

If that doesn't work, then check to make sure that your phone speaker's working. If you can't even get it to play sound when watching a YouTube video or something, then something's wrong with your audio, and you'll have to take it in to T-Mobile for them to look at it.

I am having issues with the silent mode. I have the silent mode indicator on my top bar and cannot get it off. I've gone into settings and the ringer is set to high volume and vibrate. I don't know where else to go to get the phone to ring. Any suggestions? Thanks.
